Lydia Mardell Eads, 81, of Gosport went to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, November 14, 2020. She passed away at IU Health Bloomington Hospital from natural causes. Lydia was born in Chicago, Illinois on November 10, 1939 to Joseph and Mardell (Anderson) Siefert.
Lydia was an Indianapolis resident for 25 years. She was a waitress at the Mandarin Inn, Golden Dragon and Denny’s. She became an Owen County resident where she resided for 30+ years and built her dream home. She had been employed by the Hilltop, Boston Scientific and Dollar General. Lydia had been a waitress for over 50 years. She enjoyed taking care of people and animals. Her huge heart and smile will be greatly missed.
Lydia is survived by her life partner of 40 years, Frank Broniszewski, sister Barbara, brother Joe, nieces, nephews, adopted daughter, Chrstina Edgerton, son-in-law Mark Tatlock, and two grandchildren Raven and Dalton Tatlock.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brother Ernest Siefert.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 10 AM on Sunday, January 17, 2021 at Grace Place located in the Tivoli Theater in Spencer, Indiana.
